The iLEAD Fellowship is a robust programme that will give you access, skills and opportunities to effectively lead yourself, contribute meaningfully to nation building, and transform communities.
Fellows undergo intensive training in four phases over two years. During this time they are paired with mentors and provided one-one support from project officer and project lead over one year. You will gain work readiness skills applicable to any sector of your choice or set up a social enterprise or give back project that can scale into a full-fledged organization.
