LEAP invests in continuous research on leadership development in Africa . This research serves as the basis of its innovative curriculum. LEAP's Research Department compiles case studies and produced documentaries on cutting edge leadership issues.
LEAP Africa is proud to announce the launch of its first book in a series of books on business leadership titled: Defying the Odds: Case Studies of Nigerian Organisations that have Survived Generations.
The first of its kind in Nigeria, this book profiles seven remarkable organisations, tracing their business histories, spanning 1923 till 2005, and highlighting the fundamental prerequisites for effective succession and business sustainability. From nonprofit organisations to publicly traded institutions, from triumph to tragedy, these case studies highlight the fundamental prerequisites for effective succession and business sustainability in the Nigerian context.
A key component of LEAP's Leadership Programmes are discussions on the concept of leadership. As a result, it has develops case studies to illustrate practical and relevant issues related to leadership on the African Continent. To-date, LEAP has developed case studies on the following people and organizations:

The Ladder was created to enable participants in LEAP's Youth Programmes to achieve their highest potential. It is a resource guide that contains valuable information on youth organizations, scholarships, volunteer opportunities and provides links to organizations that promote entrepreneurship.
Based on the classes conducted by facilitators during the leadership training programmes, LEAP has created documentaries on Negotiation Skills and Governance.
In an effort to measure the change in mindsets and the impact of its programmes, LEAP administers mindset surveys at the beginning and end of its programmes. The result of these surveys enables LEAP to measure its impact and improve its curriculum.
