Mr. Fabian Ajogwu
Senior Partner, Kenna & Associates

Fabian Ajogwu is a Senior Partner of Kenna & Associates, Nigeria, and heads the Firm's Commercial and Corporate Practice Group including the Energy and Natural Resources Unit. Fabian has extensive experience in set-ups, restructuring, and takeovers of corporations, having worked on several foreign direct investment projects in the oil, pharmaceutical, and telecommunications industries. He has handled a number of disputes by Arbitration in the oil and transport sectors. With the benefit of practice experience he currently lectures Business Law as well as Negotiations at the Lagos Business School (www.lbs.edu.ng), Pan-African University. Fabian holds a Masters Degree in Law and an MBA from the IESE Business School Barcelona. He also has degrees from the University of Lagos and the University of Nigeria. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, is involved in numerous professional bodies and is an active volunteer for a range of civic organizations.

Mr. Soboma Ajumogobia
Chairman, Rivigo JV ( Nigeria)

Mr. Soboma Ajumogobia is the Chairman of Rivigo JV ( Nigeria) Limited, a joint venture between the government of Rivers State and Impregilo of Italy. He also serves as the lead Consultant for Enterprise Nigeria Foundation (ENF). Mr. Ajumogobia started his career in management consulting in 1988, as the General Manager of Trust Acceptances Limited, Kano. Prior to this role, he served as a Senior Credit Officer with Chase Merchant Bank Nigeria Limited and later with Nigerian American Merchant Bank limited. Mr. Ajumogobia graduated from the University of Salford, UK, with a combined honours B.sc. in Biology and Human Physiology. He holds a post graduate diploma in Management from Brighton Polytechnic and an MBA from IESE Barcelona, Spain. He is a member of the Council of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Chairman of the Professional Practice Group of the Chamber.

Mr. Folu Ayeni
Chairman, Tantalizers

Mr. Ayeni is the Chairman and owner of Tantalizers Limited, a fast food chain with over 30 outlets across Nigeria and over N2.5 billion turnover. His company is recognized as a leader in the fast food industry and has pioneered a range of innovations including the introduction of Nigerian Cuisine onto the fast food scene. Prior to establishing Tantalizers, Mr. Ayeni served as a brand manager and product group manager for Lever Brothers Nigeria, Ltd. He also worked with Xerox H.S. (Nigeria) Limited in a number of roles, culminating in his position as the Deputy Manager Director. Mr. Ayeni graduated with a 1st Class Hons. Degree in Psychology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and obtained an MBA from McGill University, Montreal, Canada.

Dr. Nadu Denloye
Co-Founder, TELNET Nigeria Limited

Dr. Nadu Denloye is the Co-Founder of TELNET Nigeria Limited, a fast growing engineering and consultancy outfit. She joined the firm as co-founder and Executive Director in 1986 and resigned in December 2006 as the Group Managing Director. Dr. Denloye holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Hull, Cottingham Road, Hull, United Kingdom and a Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering from the same university. A fellow of the Nigerian Society for Engineers, Dr. Denloye is a member of the Association of Professional Women Engineers of Nigeria.
