Given LEAP’s track record over the past fifteen years, we strongly believe that we are uniquely position to equip the growing number of African youth with the life, leadership, employability and entrepreneurial skills that they need to live full and meaningful lives and achieve their highest potential.

Since our inception in 2002, LEAP has provided training, coaching and support to more than 40,000 young Nigerians directly, and over 300,000 indirectly. Our programmes have evolved over the years and they continue to address the needs and gaps in leadership, ethics, entrepreneurship, and business sustainability Nigeria. Some of these programmes have also been executed in 6 African countries. Beyond these training programmes, our research has been transformed into 11 business and youth focused books and elearning curriculum.
LEAP is poised to scale its impact significantly and increase opportunities for Africans. It seeks to deepen its efforts by creating an environment for Africans to access training and resources that will enable them champion change and drive sustainable businesses. Our goal is to ensure that every youth is inspired, empowered and equipped with the skills and tools for personal, organization and community transformation.
How LEAP is poised to maximize the youth bulge to actualize its vision.
By 2025, LEAP expects to have impacted about 10 million Africans directly and gained momentum in building ethical leaders and businesses to drive Africa’s realization of its full potential.
The LEAP Institute will serve as an oasis for leadership development on issues affecting Africa. It will be:
The first fully equipped leadership institute in West Africa for training, workshops and conferences.
A world class facility for research, curriculum development and accommodation for resident programmes, short courses and retreats.
An intellectual hub for top-notch training programmes on relevant themes such as leadership, ethics, entrepreneurship and social development delivered to enhance the leadership and management capacities and strategic competencies of young people, trainers, educators and other professionals.
A platform for developing highly-skilled professionals who will lead cutting-edge research in the state of African youth affairs, social entrepreneurship, nation building, advocacy and policy development. Our researchers will be trained resource personnel for public, private and nonprofit sectors.
An oasis for strengthening ecosystems in leadership, business sustainability, youth and social development in Africa by serving as a hub which will bring together key industry stakeholders to discuss and proffer innovative solutions to pertinent issues across Africa.

Our leadership training is focused on young people from ages 14 – 35 and also have offerings for senior to high level professionals.
To-date, LEAP has secured land in the Lekki-Ajah axis and is ready to commence the construction phase of the project.
